Mission
Welcome to Shenandoah County Parks and Recreation. Our mission is to provide recreational opportunities, programs, and facilities that enhance the quality of life for all within our community. We welcome everyone to enjoy the wide range of programs we offer through our Recreation Guide (Rec Guide), which we mail three times a year. SCPR will soon be switching to a new recreational software system. We hope the new software will improve the customer experience when using our online registration system. Our customers have spoken, and we have listened! Details will be released soon.
Winter/Spring Registration Is Now Open!
