Economic Development Strategic Plan

Shenandoah County began work with RKG Associates on an updated Strategic Plan in January 2019. The process included input from a working group of individuals representing different views and perspectives and experience in different sectors of our economy including manufacturing, agriculture, IT, tourism, small business, education, real estate and public sector as well as members of the general public.
