Nemo
November 4th, 2006 to December 5th, 2014
On December 5th, 2014, the Shenandoah County Animal Shelter lost a beloved member of their staff. Nemo McGillicutty was the shelter mascot for 8 years. Throughout the course of his life, he greeted thousands of customers and was a big brother to many, many young kittens. His life’s passion was working to get his fellow feline friends spayed and neutered, bettering their chances of finding their forever homes. His widow, Clementine McGillicutty, will carry on his legacy.
