Notice of Public Hearing – Disposal of certain real property



The Shenandoah County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Section 15.2-1800 (B) of the Code of Virginia, as amended, in the Board Meeting Room of the County Government Center, at 600 N. Main Street, Woodstock, Virginia on June 28, 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the intent of the Board of Supervisors to dispose of certain real property and associated improvements located at 317 Tisinger Road, Mount Jackson, VA 22842 through a sale for the price of $605,000, which price includes a right to lease back the portion of the property for a specified term.  The proposed contract for purchase and sale of real estate contract is available for public review in the office of the County Administrator, 600 N. Main Street, Suite 102, Woodstock, VA 22664.
