PUBLIC NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the County of Shenandoah will accept sealed bids for the supply of
goods and services relating to the construction the Sonny Bowman Reading Garden at the Shenandoah County Public Library in Edinburg, VA. Bids will be accepted at the Office of the County Administrator, 600 North Main Street, Suite 102, Woodstock, Virginia, 22664, until Friday, February 7, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. [see Addendum 1; deadline has been extended to February 21, 2020 @ 2:30 p.m.] when all bids will be publicly opened. The bids should be clearly marked “Sonny Bowman Reading Garden”. Shenandoah County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities when deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Additionally, there will be an optional pre-bid meeting on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the Activity Room at the County Library located at 514 Stoney Creek Blvd., Edinburg, VA 22824.
