NOTICE OF HEARING
CONCERNING THE PROPOSED
CREATION OF THE BLACK BEAR SANITARY DISTRICT
This Notice is hereby given pursuant to and in accordance with Va. Code §§ 21-114 and 21-115 that on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Shenandoah County Government Center located at 600 N. Main Street, Woodstock, Virginia that a hearing will be held by the Shenandoah County Board of Supervisors to hear public comment concerning the proposed creation of the Black Bear Sanitary District (the “BBSD”). The BBSD would be comprised of property in Black Bear Crossing Sections II & III and would be created for the purpose of constructing a new state-maintained bridge, all of which is more particularly described in the Petition to Create a Sanitary District, a copy which is available in the office of the County Administrator, 540-459-6165, at the above stated address.
All interested persons who reside in or own real property in the proposed BBSD shall have the right to appear at the above described hearing and show cause as to why the property under consideration should or should not be included in the proposed district.
